Niagara College’s Game Development students got their game on at the program’s annual year-end showcase on April 19 where they revealed their finished video game projects for attendees to play and watch. The event was a collaboration between Niagara College’s Game Development program and the dual-credential Niagara College/Brock University Game Programming and Game Design programs.

On the morning of April 19, at the College’s Niagara-on-the-Lake campus, students in NC’s Event Management (Graduate Certificate) program celebrated the successful conclusion of the 2018 Many Hands Project at a special ceremony.

The Rose City Seniors Centre Foundation (RCSCF) has invested more than $89,000 towards facility improvements and recreation equipment for the Welland Community Wellness Complex (WCWC) over the past three years. Since the WCWC opened in 2011, the RCSCF has invested a grand total of $341,781 in purchases. In order to keep WCWC members active and engaged in programming, the RCSCF has introduced 11 new Aqua Bikes to the Therapeutic pool and brought smiles to many faces with a brand new pool table for the Billiards Room.
