At this special time, we want to express our gratitude to our Clients for placing their confidence in us and supporting our real estate practice with their friendship and referrals.

May your home be filled with laughter and happiness as you gather together with friends and family to enjoy the bounty of our local harvest.

Dear Local Community Friends,

For Thanksgiving this year we have the opportunity to reach out and help the Rochardson family in the Bahamas who have been affected by the hurricane last month.

Fileus, his wife and 10-year-old son are still trying to recover from this disaster.  We need your help to be a blessing to this family. They have lost their home and are staying temporarily with a cousin. Unfortunately, they have received barely any help from disaster relief organizations.

The City of Welland is on track to meet and exceed its 2019 new housing unit projections. According to data from the city’s Building and Planning Divisions, building permits for 406 new dwelling units were issued between Jan. 1, 2019 and Oct. 7, 2019. Based on permit application activity in the queue, staff are forecasting that the city may reach 450 new housing units by the year’s end.

Health and Wellness often get confused for being synonyms, they’re not. Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease. Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life.

Establishing this difference in the community is why the Seaway Mall Health & Wellness Show brings the experts to you. Join us Jan. 17 & 18 for free seminars hosted by local health professionals and a variety of vendors.
